As a motivated and forward thinking individual you will be responsible for the delivery, engagement and driving of strategic initiatives. You will have strong experience of 3pls and have the ability to build relationships well and influence change. You will manage day to day projects and deliver key initiatives. You will design processes and procedures for Operations and Service teams, which give strong control over operations and drive efficiency. You will lead the team for process improvement projects within Logistics. Support & facilitate any Planning, Workshops, Training, Testing as required ยท To support the Change Request Process for Food Logistics with the internal and external stakeholders
This role is responsible for supporting & coordinating the timely delivery of all projects from within 3pls and the company to ensure progress is tracked and any improvements recommended.
You will be an operationally experienced manager with project management skills
Excellent Communication and Influencing skills and business leadership
Previous Project Management and Continuous Improvement Process Experience
Team management, confident communicator with stron customer service background
Forward thinking to drive improvements
Working knowledge of SAP
